About Vinicius

Hi, I'm Vinicius, and I teach English with passion and dedication! My journey combines international experiences and over 20 years of teaching expertise, always focused on making learning meaningful and connected to the real world.

My English journey began in Canada, where I lived for nearly a year to study the language and immerse myself in the local culture. Later, I traveled to Scotland to refine my musical skills in playing the bagpipes, experiencing yet another rich cultural adventure.

I worked as a teacher for two years and then spent 10 years as an academic coordinator at Wizard, where I developed teaching methods and managed teams with excellence. After that, I worked in London as a Chief Designer at a magazine for almost two years, using English in a creative and professional context.

Back in Brazil, I taught at Wise Up for approximately eight years, solidifying my experience in teaching teenagers and adults. During this time, I also completed my degree in Game Development and started working in the field, combining my passion and creativity.

For nearly eight years, I have been the owner of a game development studio, where I use English daily in its various forms: speaking, writing, and reading. This constant practice allows me to offer students practical, dynamic teaching that aligns with the demands of the modern world.

About the lesson

My approach as a private teacher is student-centered, with a focus on personalization and practice. I use techniques that combine communicative methods, active learning, and modern resources, always tailoring lessons to each student’s profile and goals.

My lessons start with a brief review to reinforce prior learning and continue with dynamic activities, such as conversation, interactive exercises, and practical scenarios that simulate real-world English usage. I conclude with feedback and clear goals for the student’s progress.

As a teacher, I pride myself on creating a welcoming and motivating environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, learning, and growing. My unique approach lies in using practical, day-to-day examples, along with insights from my experience in the global market.

These lessons are designed for teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced levels, who aim to improve their English for studies, travel, work, or simply to gain confidence in communication.
