About Keiran
Hi, I am keen on junior Williams. First of all, I am just incredibly creative from young, I've been creating from anything I could find. Creating has taught me that it is a transferable skill that will change throughout your life. I started off, creating replicas of cartoon characters that would probably be unavailable to purchase in Argos. That went into creating scenes for the characters that transformed alongside more or less into just pure artwork, drawing, I studied art at Walsall College and took part in a lot of activities. Then, a creative spark evolved, and it then included music where I went to college. The study music and then to university throughout all that I have lived many lives started. Four or five businesses and I don't believe in the word failure, it's called it just did not go the way you expected, and you learn from it. So that is my attitude towards a lot of things do not look on the negative side and do well on it, flip it

Having done a preliminary counselling course, I have picked up many skills that have helped change my outlook on life. My approach to life and my thinking about life. These are positive and encouraging augmentations that I could possibly share as they are foundations and transferable skills
I would spend the first lesson getting to know the students, how they think, I would ask them, what medium do they communicate best in? And how would they like me to show up for them. After getting a foundational understanding of their individual characters and how they communicate, I would then tailor each lesson for each student based on our first communications and go from there. Every person is different and that would have to be respected first.
