About Neelima
I am a B.tech student and moreover an obese girl who is fighting to lose weight. Losing weight is not for the looks but for health. Diet alone can't change you and exercise makes a major change not only in losing weight but for gaining health even. Many diets are available on the internet with their own theories but there is no proper nutrition in them.
