About Ethan
My teaching style attempts to avoid endless readings as much as possible, and I make it my personal motto to relay information in a way that is memorable and complete without being boring.
I'm also of the firm opinion that there are no bad questions; if you sincerely don't understand something on your first try, it's not a failure, it's an opportunity to clarify and learn further.
Real-world examples, clear explanations, and discussions that help concepts stick and acknowledge curiosity are the key to success, and I believe with the right tools, everyone has what it takes to learn history.

As someone who has gone through an extensive amount of schooling myself, I understand how stressful it can be, especially when there's a lot of exams, tests, and projects to study and prepare for.
My goal as a history/social studies-focused tutor is to take a subject that is very word-heavy, and relay it in a way that is fun and easy to understand, but still comprehensive, so that no matter what it is you have to deal with, you'll ace it!
