About Beth
I am a 19-year-old biology student currently in college, and I am tutoring for the first time since high school. I believe learning evolves between generations, and having a tutor closer in age can greatly improve comprehension, reduce intimidation, and increase comfortability. These factors play a larger role in learning than we often realize. I strive to create a relatable and welcoming environment where students feel at ease and motivated to engage. I strongly believe that learning should be enjoyable and mentally stimulating, not stressful or overwhelming. My goal is to make lessons fun, interactive, and confidence-building while helping students truly understand the material and feel excited about learning.

With personal experience navigating two learning disabilities, I bring patience, empathy, and proven strategies to support students who may struggle or need extra reassurance. Creating a safe, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence is always my top priority.
