About Brandon

I study mechanical engineering at Lancaster university, I'm currently on a placemat year at a company here in Dorset. To keep my busy I like windsurfing and making Jewelry!

I first started tutoring during my time living as an Au pair. I really enjoyed it and since then I've continued to help others when I can.

About the lesson

I'm still studying myself so I understand what you need and don't need the most! It wasn't long ago I was in your position and I wish I had someone pointing out those small mistakes which makes it all clearer, the same small mistakes that teachers often take as a given and cant help you with.

I myself studied A level Maths, Chemistry and Physics and since then have helped others to excel in those fields.

Throughout the session we can go through any desired topic of your choice (differentiation, integration, geometry, probability) and find out what it is that you find most difficult and work from there.

I now work 9-5 as a placement student at an engineering company and can therefore only do evening sessions or weekends.

Perfect! Working with Brandon was exactly what my son needed to help with his A Level Maths. He listened to exactly what Jake was struggling with and worked with him to find new ways of understanding how to tackle the problem. They definitely both spoke the same language! Would highly recommend.

Perfect! Brandon has been a tutor for my kids for about three year.

He worked with one of my kids almost daily over a course of 6 months, and with the other one whenever it has been necessary.

My kids have been super happy to have Brandon as their support person, specifically for math and science for secondary school, and college level.

He has been a huge help to them in terms of processing and understanding the material, and also to meet deadlines. He is a great person and easily gets along with my kids.

I can highly recommend Brandon to anyone who is looking for a great person as a tutor.
