About Reagan
"Having earned a MMus from the Yale School of Music, I often view vocal pedagogy as an extension of the instrumental disciplines I studied. It feels as though singing is the most intimate form of performance because the instrument is entirely internal. My work with adults and self-taught players allows me to impart 11 years of experience in a way that respects their unique history. I have taught 378 students to navigate complex challenges like stage fear management and breathing control.
I draw on my dual background in French literature and piano to help singers understand diction and rhythm. It is truly rewarding to see a voice develop its own distinct character over time."

"Singing requires a total integration of physical awareness and mental focus. Diction is the bridge between melody and meaning. I start by reviewing performance recordings together each month so we can identify specific areas for growth.
My Yale School of Music training ensures that we prioritize vocal health above all else. This methodical approach to genre styling and belting technique creates a safe environment for discovery. We will work to ensure your phrasing sounds entirely natural. Excellence is found in the details."
