I've got plenty of experience and education, but I'm most proud of the way I can connect with students. I can explain even the most complex ideas simply, and provide a road map when needed. Beyond my education and experience, which are top-tier, I have an authentic and kind approach that has given me excellent student evaluations throughout my career. As an IELTS and CLBA grader, I developed superior grammar and lexis awareness, and personal materials and approaches to essays, technical writing, and focused responses. I have owned my own company, with proprietary materials, for developing clear speech through pronunciation tools and practice, and have extensive experience with all facets of English as an Additional Language acquisition. Currently, I teach high school English upgrading classes, as I enjoy helping those for whom the subject does not come easily. I never give up, and have lots of tricks up my sleeve!
