I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over a decade. I know all about the human body, and how to help you care for the one you have! I can help you good coping skills manage stress, and teach you how to care for your muscles and joints so that they'll serve you for many years to come.
I can also advise you on other aspects of self-care, including healthy diet and exercise, and sleep etiquette.
