About Laurent

I started off with Tae Kwon Do from a master that was teaching the French special forces. I rapidly learnt Hapkido, Judo and Jiu Jitsu. I have also been practising capoeira for 13 years and now also teaching it since 2019

About the lesson

I base my classes around your needs, motivation and aspirations. You will rapidly increase your reflexes, body and core strengths as well as improving your coordination. The classes must have some element of fun and we are here to learn in a good and trusting atmosphere!

Perfect! We had an absolutely brilliant time. This was our first ever time trying capoeira and Laurent was such a great teacher. He was patient and kind and demonstrated everything many times so we could follow. He has a great manner and clearly awesome at capoeira! I would highly recommend you book Laurent! We will be booking more :)

Perfect! Laurent is terrific! He is dynamic, "centered"/calm, very knowledgable, and excellent with my young children. My nanny also had some sessions...highly recommended by all of us!!
