About Laëtitia
Hello, I am Laëtitia, your Yoga Alliance International certified Vinyasa yoga teacher (RYT 200). Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga, where each flow is unique. My role is to make you discover it and to make you evolve at your own pace, in a benevolent way and adapted to your body.
Yoga is for me a real lifestyle that brings a real letting go by this mixture of strength, flexibility, breathing and meditation. I would also be happy to discuss the different pillars of yoga and other philosophical aspects. I like to name the asanas in Sanskrit during my classes to refocus on the origins of Yoga; and create creative flows. For me, yoga is a real union of knowledge in order to achieve physical and mental well-being and fulfillment.

I have always been very sporty, and full of ambitious sporting challenges. My key word: surpass myself. When yoga entered my life, it was a firework of well-being and positivism that won me over right away. I was hooked from my first lesson. I thus combine my sporting passion with the relaxation of yoga and the taming of the breath, in order to create creative flows. You will emerge physically and mentally fulfilled, reconnected with your body and its sensations.
Course of a session:
- Meditation and opening mantra to refocus on yourself
- Pranayamas to control breathing and energy
- Flow of Vinyasa to connect with oneself
- Final relaxation to feel the effects of your session
