About Silvia

"Yoga brings us to the present moment, the only place where life exists." (Ellen Brenneman) Practicing yoga changed my life, it made me be more present in my day to day life and it was a great help to get to know myself better. In 2017 I decided to deepen the practice of yoga and train as a teacher. I traveled to India and it was there, at the foot of the Himalayas, where I was able to be in direct contact with this ancient practice. Now I try to pass on what I have learned so that it can serve you as well. I practice hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga, but I have specialized in hatha ("classical yoga") when teaching.

About the lesson

The classes are aimed at beginners who want to enter the world of yoga and learn about its benefits. The objectives that I intend to achieve with these classes are: -Acquire awareness of your own body -Learn to breathe, breathing is the basis of everything -Gain flexibility, balance and strength -Increase your well-being and seek a state of mental calm We will practice hatha yoga paying special attention to breathing and looking for a correct alignment of the body to avoid injuries. In all classes we spend a few minutes breathing and a short meditation.
