For this class you only need you. You will allow yourselves to flow and bring wellness to your body and mind. My name is Andrea, I am a yoga teacher from Colombia with a 200Hrs YTT certificate, currently living in Leeds UK

My classes will have first a welcome message, a short breathing exercise to connect with our bodies and class. After that, we will start slowly to heat up our bodies and bring vinyasa flow to our mats. As we accomplish the main posture of the day we will begin a cooldown, finished by a savasana (short meditation).
