The IYENGAR Method guides the practice of yoga to biomechanical health. That is, the execution of the postures respecting the real anatomical possibilities and aiming at optimizing the health of each body. Each of the parties deepens in tone and flexibility, just as physiological systems tend to reach their maximum potential. Thus, the YOGATERAPIA is conceived: The re education of the posture and the correction of the harmful habits in the corporal mechanics are worked to revert the disorders that a daily life without conscience of them can generate and optimize the result in the different pathologies. The concept of MEDITATION in action calls us to be fully aware and absorbed in the posture that is performed. The MINDFULLNESS techniques in breathing and relaxation open the field for body and mind to communicate and harmonize to a higher level. A continuous current is produced between them. The "noise" of the mind is stopped and a consciousness that is projected into daily life is lived, counteracting the symptoms of mental disorders, negative stress, anxiety, depression, etc.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR FOR PUPILS OF ALL LEVELS

Yoga for Expats - English spoken classes for every level Beginners - Intermediate - Advanced. INITIAL - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED Even if you are interested in yoga, and you never practiced it. There is a class tailored to your possibilities. PERSONALIZED GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL CLASSES Both in the Body & Health Study, and at home.

HATA YOGA CLASSES: Duration 1:30 hs. Each class is designed based on the needs and interests of each group and student, and can include or exclude the different disciplines and redefine the durations of the segments.

The average class is divided into 3 segments:
~ Mindfulness and Psychophysical Gymnastics (15 mins.)
~ Asanas (Hata-Iyengar-Yogatherapy) (1 h.)
~ Conscious Relaxation -Meditation (15 mins.)

~ MINDFULNESS - PSYCHOPHYSICAL GYMNASTICS: The The first part of the class proposes bringing attention to the experience of the present, activating "proprioception" (conscious perception of oneself). A warm-up with psychophysical gymnastics: conscious movement combined with breathing techniques to activate the tone and flexibility of the body, unblock joints, and allow the best circulation of energy flow.

~ ASANAS: or postures of Hata yoga adapting to the possibilities of each student or group with the intention of optimizing the physical health attending the particular needs of each body.

Iyengar Method: Yoga practice oriented to biomechanical health. That is, the execution of the postures respecting the real anatomical possibilities and aiming at optimizing the health of each body. Each of the parties deepens in TONE and FLEXIBILITY, just as physiological systems tend to reach their maximum potential.
Use of elements (Bolsters, Belts, wooden blocks, etc.) in order to optimize the biomechanical function of the body. Yoga Therapy: Sequences of postures designed for each student to correct postural defects, improve physical pathologies, unblock body segments.
