About Dilay
I am a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. I studied in Pyramid Yogshala Rishikesh, India. I am qualified to teach Hatha, vinyasa and meditation. I am Yoga Alliance registered. I’m Turkish and my husband is English. We are for now living in Turkey and then we are going to move to London. Until then I will be giving all of my classes online. I am currently the resident yoga instructor at The Hillside Beach Club in Fethiye which is one of the most highly rated hotels in Turkey for health and wellbeing. Coming to my yoga classes will help you improve your mobility, balance, flexibility and strength. I always start with pranayama then move on to the warm-up, after that balance trying and finishing with savasana or meditation. (if you want to focus on something different please let me know so I can plan before we start) You will explore the power of breathing techniques to release stress or discomfort in asanas and have fun doing some brain-hacking tips! This class will make you feel good within yourself both mentally and physically.
