About Laerke Olise

Certified teacher of classic Yoga, hatha, integral, therapeutic, sivananda.
I have 10 years of experience as a Yoga teacher since 2007.
Today I am certified +1000 hours.
I have taught classes and workshops in different levels in Yoga studios, Sport and Dance Schools, Cultural Centres and Associations in India, France, Denmark and Spain.
I am trained and certified in Naturopathy and Holistic Health Management, 2009-2014
I give classes, workshops, consultations, lectures on yoga, natural health and nutrition.
I also teach natural cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, raw food etc.

About the lesson

My classes focuses on maintaining and knowing the natural balance of health, the physical body, the mind and emotions and of nutrition.
Out from your needs and motivation we can work specialising on nutrition, physical postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, mental and emotional balance.
I like to adapt and adjust my classes to the needs and wishes of each student, because we are different.
I work with the natural balance of health, stress management, holistic health management, solving physical pains and imbalances, improving nutrition and eating habits.
I am from Denmark and I can teach in English, French, Spanish and Danish.
My group classes focuses in more general functions and optimal balances of the body, yet still according to the capacity of each student.
The price of group classes depends on the number of students.
To create a small group is a good way to keep the class personal with maximum benefits and save money at the same time ))
