I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2019, so I've been teaching for 3 years now. My training includes a 200-hour YTT training. I'm starting a 300-hour YTT program soon to deepen myself as a teacher and learn more.

My passion is helping yoga students who are starting, or restarting, their practice. I love helping those who have a fear or intimidation over going to a yoga studio. Also, I'm excited to help those who want to practice yoga in order to improve an injury or illness.
