About Gabriela
Performing across NYC and national tours for 13 years shaped how I approach teaching singers. My BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts remains the bedrock of my technique. I prioritize what actually functions under the pressure of a real audition room. Coaching vocalists requires a focus on both the physical instrument and the psychological state of the artist.
I enjoy helping singers refine their diction while managing the stage fear that often hinders progress. My methodology emphasizes healthy vocal range extension and consistent vibrato control. Students often tell me that my background as an actor helps them bridge the gap between technical singing and emotional delivery.
