About Lakshman
It is often said that knowledge should be taken from those who have gained experience by going to that field themselves. In the same way everyone who knew me used to call me unfit i.e. fat. At that time my weight was 84 kg.But after a few months I lost 61 kg naturally without any claims. It depends on us what we want.
