About Morgan

Need some help with English? I’ve got you (I’m going to college and figured this is the best way to help the youth and make some extra cash. I'm excited to help young teens academically and personally like I wish I was helped.)

Teaching Method and Techniques:
My approach to tutoring is student-centered, which means that I tailor each lesson to fit the individual needs and learning styles of my students. I incorporate a mix of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning techniques to engage students fully. I also emphasize concept mastery over rote memorization, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

A Typical Lesson Plan:
Each lesson typically follows this structure:
1. Warm-Up (5-10 minutes) Brief review of previous material to ensure retention.
2. Introduction of New Concept (10-15 minutes) Using real-life examples to explain the new topic.
3. Guided Practice (15-20 minutes) Working through problems together, with me providing support and guidance.
4. Independent Practice (15-20 minutes) Students attempt problems on their own to reinforce their understanding.
5. Wrap-Up (5-10 minutes) Recap the key points of the lesson and discuss any questions or areas of confusion.

What truly sets me apart is my passion for teaching and my commitment to seeing my students succeed.
