About Christy
I have been working with mental health and addiction treatment for over 17 years. I am passionate about each person maximizing their life potential and minimizing negatives. I embrace total abstinence and Vivitrol when appropriate. I care for the chemically dependent as well as their loved ones as this is a biopsychosocial family disease of mood alterations which needs coping skills and healthy approaches to all human moods. I work with people of all legal status and discriminate no one.

I use open ended questions and lessons based in science and experience to have evidence of achieving health in sobriety. My experience is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychotherapeutic education. I can mentor those wishing to learn about this field. I believe it is an honor to travel as a navigational aid with people who do the work of driving their own life.
