About Varun

I am a yoga alliance 200 hour certified teacher along with Government of India certified Yoga therapist. I have been learning, working and teaching in a yoga school for over a year now. All my previous students have seen a lot of positive changes not in just the physical body but also the mind and their habitual patterns.

About the lesson

The teaching style which I focus usually consists of Meditation, Mantra Chanting, Asanas and Prayamas in all the sessions.
Not only I will be deciding the practices basis your needs but also would be putting a little light on the yoga philosophy for better understanding and ofcourse with that comes in better results.
Also, YOGA IS FOR ALL!!!
