About Florea
Hi, I’m Mariana, a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher with experience guiding group classes in studios, community settings like park gatherings, and workplace sessions.
My approach balances movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), staying close to the essence of yoga as a tool for well-being, self-awareness, and spiritual growth.
Each class is an invitation to reconnect — and I’m happy to adapt the practice to your needs, whether you're just starting or deepening your journey.

For those seeking a more dynamic experience, I also guide Vinyasa or Rocket Yoga-inspired sessions — integrating strength, flexibility, and advanced postures — always with a focus on adapting to each person’s unique rhythm and needs.

My standard rate is €70 per hour, reflecting my training, experience, and the care I put into each session.
