Yoga: Prescribing postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation, tailoring these to the individual's health needs.
Motivate clients to achieve their goals by developing and modifying routines and limiting beliefs.
Sound healing: Using sacred instruments or voices to release energetic blockages inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body, clearing energetic blockages and thus facilitating healing on a physical and mental level.
Reiki: Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body when energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain.
