About Matteo
I am currently an assistant cook in a restaurant in Campobasso (Molise). I have worked in various structures as an assistant cook and in charge of the kitchen or head of the party. I studied at the Italian Chef Academy in Rome and graduated with full marks. I know the chemistry and nutritional level of foods.
