About Kevin
Dear Future Students,
My name is Kevin, and I'm excited to be your guide as you embark on your journey into the world of accounting. I have over twenty-nine years in the filed of accounting learning and practising, so this excites me to help you understand and master the principles of foundation accounting.
I want to teach foundation accounting because I believe that understanding the basics of accounting is essential for both personal and professional success. Accounting is often called the language of business, and having a solid grasp of it empowers you to make informed financial decisions, whether you're managing your own finances, running a business, or contributing to an organization.
My goal is to make learning accounting approachable and clear. I’m here to break down complex concepts, guide you through the numbers, and help you see how accounting principles apply to real-world situations. I want to show you that accounting is not just about numbers—it's about understanding how businesses operate, how financial decisions are made, and how you can use this knowledge to create a solid foundation for your future.
Together, we'll explore the building blocks of accounting, from basic principles like debits and credits to more complex topics like financial statements. My aim is to help you build confidence in your accounting skills so that you can apply them with ease and confidence in your studies and beyond.
