About Jon
I'm Jon, and running has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a personal passion gradually became a professional calling — I wanted to share what I'd learnt about movement, efficiency, and performance with others who love to run.
I hold qualifications as an Advanced Functional Trainer and a Field Based Biomechanics Coach, which means I have a deep understanding of how the human body moves and what it takes to optimise that movement specifically for running. Over the years I've worked with people across all abilities — from those just starting their running journey to competitive athletes looking to shave seconds off their time.
What drives me most is seeing the moment a client feels the difference — when their stride clicks, when they finish a run feeling strong rather than broken, or when they cross a finish line they never thought possible. Running should feel good, and I genuinely believe that with the right guidance, it can for everyone.
I coach because I care — about your progress, your wellbeing, and your long-term relationship with running.

Hi, I'm Jon — an Advanced Functional Trainer and Field Based Biomechanics Coach with a passion for helping people move better and run smarter.
Whether you're a complete beginner lacing up for the first time, a recreational runner looking to pick up the pace, or an experienced athlete chasing a personal best, my coaching is tailored specifically to you and where you are right now.
I use biomechanics analysis and targeted running drills to identify how your body moves and address any inefficiencies in your technique. The result? You run faster, use less energy, and — crucially — you stay injury free.
Sessions typically last 45 minutes and can take place online. Every session is built around your goals, your body, and your pace of progress. No one-size-fits-all programmes here — just practical, evidence-informed coaching that gets real results.
