About Kelsey
I am a secondary English teacher with emphasis in history and teaching English as a second language. I received my degree from the University of Mississippi and currently work as a substitute teacher in Melbourne. I have received various awards for my fiction writing and worked for different newspapers across the US.

I am very easygoing and love to let my passion for literature and reading shine through my lessons. We will be reading excerpts from famous poems, novels, and short stories to really read in between the lines and analyze various texts. I'll make sure to make it interesting and include Youtube videos, online games, and real world problems that we will solve together. You'll be a master reader in no time!
