About Dr Krupa
I am an Ayurvedic doctor and a certified yoga trainer. I teach yoga, asanas, pranayamas, prayers, shlokas, mudras, bandhas, meditation, shatkriya, and anatomy. Yoga is not about asanas, it is a way of life. So I teach lifestyle habits and also nutrition for good health.

Doing yoga blindly without knowing the Anatomy and the functioning of the body is useless. Since I am a Ayurvedic doctor, My teaching will be in a way my client must understand what will happen to each organ in their body when they perform certain Asana or Pranayama to be more effective.
