About Aayushi
Post Covid, we all have observed many people going through stress & depression. Many lost their jobs, loved ones, businesses,...
People are falling in love with yoga & meditation since then and youth have also realized that yoga is the only cure for all the diseases (mental as well as physical health).
Being educated from Patanjali Yogpeeth trust, and practicing yoga from last 4-5 years, I thought why not spread awareness about it and teach yoga to as many people as possible. My aim is Healthy India, Wealthy India.

Being trained by Patanjali Yogpeeth trust, I possess knowledge of Simple basic yoga, Advanced yoga/Power Yoga , Pranayama and Meditation,...
Apart from teaching yoga, I provide healthy diet plans too and have knowledge of home remedies/ cure for diseases related to stomach, head, cough, gas, diabetes, ...
The usual structure of my class will be: 10-15 minutes simple yoga (warm-up), 20-25 minutes advanced yoga (power yoga) which include surya namaskar, peeth bal excercises, pet ke bal excercises,... & 20-25 minutes pranayama and meditation.
My classes are intended for both men and women and children above 10 years of age.
Also, I am fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
