About Preston
Hi, I'm Jemma! I'm a qualified Australian teacher currently teaching Years 7 and 8 English. I love helping students discover that they can succeed, even if they've found English challenging in the past. Watching students grow in confidence and achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
I believe every child learns differently, so I create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Whether your child needs extra support, extension, or help preparing for assessments, I'll tailor lessons to suit their individual learning needs and help them build skills that last beyond the classroom.

As a qualified Australian teacher specialising in Years 7 and 8 English, I am passionate about helping students build confidence in reading, writing, comprehension and literacy skills.
