About Hannah
I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Food Chemistry, and my goal is to help students truly understand molecules instead of memorizing chemistry rules. I strongly believe that chemistry becomes clear when students can visualize molecular structure and bonding. To support this, I actively use molecular modeling software and virtual reality simulations during lessons. These tools allow students to explore molecules in three dimensions, rotate them, and observe bond angles clearly. I am particularly passionate about teaching VSEPR theory because it forms the foundation for understanding molecular geometry. Hybridization is explained using visual orbital overlap, making bonding patterns easier to grasp. I also place strong emphasis on intermolecular forces, showing how they influence boiling points, solubility, and chemical behavior. My background in Food Chemistry allows me to connect molecular structure to real substances and materials. I have a strong ability to visualize complex molecular systems and explain them simply. Lessons are interactive, structured, and student-centered. Questions are always encouraged. Confidence builds as understanding deepens. Chemistry becomes logical and engaging.
