About Divy
I am, myself, an Ayurvedic Professional, and have spent nearly 5 years in learning this science of life, and will continue to learn as much as I can from this infinite ocean of knowledge. The classes will be focused on teaching the fundamentals of Ayurveda from Classical Samhitas, namely Charaka Samhita, Ashtanga Hridyam, along with developing understanding and implementation of these principles in daily life. The pedagogy is designed to grasp the concepts from classics and critically understand them from contemporary sciences and researches.
