About John
I have tutored over 150 students, mainly high school age and some working in community college programs. One student struggled with math and was not accepted at several colleges. We worked intensively over the summer and then he was able to gain acceptance at West Point Military, Two others had to take the GRE test more than one. But they are now in graduate school.

I have a Master's degree in Business Administration fro m St. John's University, NYC. My working career years centered on the design and installation of computer- based systems. I have been tutoring for about nine years. I believe that all students have a facility for math; it just needs to be brought to the fore. I try to bring students into the core of a problem and then focus their attention on the solution process.
