About Doug
For me making my students feel comfortable is the most important part of the whole thing. I want my students to know that the Practice of Yoga will meet them where they are at and have no need to do more and less to find their Yoga.
I like to make things light and have fun in sessions. I love questions and enjoy understanding why my clients want to practice yoga. Part of an individual session is the individual attention you get to give and that is just a wonderful thing as a tutor.
With my extensive teaching background I also love incorporating elements outside of yoga and make the practice feel more comprehensive.

We will move through a class based on your needs and wants. Including breath, balance, strength, flexibility, grounding and connection.
With over 600 hours of Yoga and another 400+ hours of movement training, this allows me to work with a wide variety of clients and with different goals within their practice.
Besides yoga, I love to work with people on their movement patterns and how to smooth those patterns and provide support to reduce injury or daily discomfort.
