About Olivia
For the past 5 years, I’ve taught private yoga lessons online. I teach vinyasa, hatha, and yin yoga in a gentle, attentive, and intuitive style, often incorporating fascia-focused techniques to help release tension and improve mobility. I also draw on my knowledge of Chinese Medicine where appropriate, creating a practice that feels grounded and responsive to you.

In our first lesson, we’ll take time to discuss what you’d like to work on and what you’re hoping to receive from the practice. Whether you’d like to improve flexibility or strength, explore a specific asana or learn a breathing or meditation technique. Yoga will be our anchor through movement, breath and awareness, but the session can also include elements of qigong, acupressure, meditation and Chinese Medicine-inspired lifestyle guidance where helpful.
Alignment is an important part of my teaching, even in a flowing vinyasa practice. In 1:1 lessons, there is space to notice how your body naturally moves, where you may be holding tension, and which postural habits might need support.
