My approach is to break down a large topic into individual concepts. Analogies and simplifications are great methods of helping students understand the thought process behind these concepts so they can properly comprehend it. But above all else brevity in terms of content to make it easier on students. Why waste ten slides jumping all over than using one simple concise sentence to explain it in a manner that students can understand
