About Aubrey
I am a Biology major studying Athletic Training at Coffeyville Community College. After I graduate with my Associates in Applied Sciences, I will then be attending the University of Central Oklahoma for my Masters in Athletic Training, with a minor in Exercise Science.
Science has always been a favorite subject of mine as a child. Growing up, I wanted to understand everything there was to know about science. The different categories is what intrigued me the most. I wanted to know everything I could, about every single one.
In school, high school and college, I was the one people would always come to when they needed help with their sciences. To help them study, or to simply explain in a way that their teacher didn't so that they could actually retain the information.
Teaching is what I wanted to go to college for. But somewhere deep inside of me knew I wanted to work in the medical field. Science, and athletics. My two favorite things. The perfect job for me, Athletic Training. But tutoring also allows be to reach what was once my aspiration.

My lessons, and teaching methods are based off of how I learned throughout high school and college. Power points, and slides with important information will be presented, and taking notes is strongly encouraged.
Every student is different so different ways of retaining information will be available. But for me, the classic lecture and note taking is what always worked best.
My lessons range from the jr. high through high school. I can tutor in multiple sciences including, physical, biology, chemistry, environmental, psychology, and history. Emphasis in Biology because that was my major.
Helping a person understand the broad topic of science is my goal. There are so many aspects of science that are rarely touched when learning about science. I am here to help you better understand your desired field of science, and I will incorporate any teaching method that helps you learn.
