About Eero
I am a Biology tutor with 9 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Molecular Biology. I have taught students at school and university levels, guiding them to understand complex concepts in a clear and practical way. My approach focuses on simplifying challenging topics like embryology using biological models, diagrams, and organism comparisons, making learning visual and engaging.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand Biology in a deep and practical way. I cover core subjects like Molecular Biology, Genetics, Evolutionary Biology, Natural Selection, Speciation, and Phylogenetics. I emphasise critical thinking and evidence-based reasoning, encouraging students to ask questions and explore concepts beyond memorisation. Lessons combine theory with real-life examples and practical exercises, making complex ideas easier to grasp.
I also integrate insights from Food Chemistry and Green Chemistry to help students appreciate the chemical foundations of life. Each session is designed to refine understanding and build a strong foundation in scientific reasoning. I guide students step by step in exam preparation and assignments, ensuring they feel confident and capable.
I encourage discussion and problem-solving, helping students analyse data, interpret results, and think like biologists. Lessons are interactive, allowing students to connect concepts across different fields of biology. My approach supports students in developing their own explanations and applying knowledge to real-world situations.
