Hi, my name is Christian!
A licensed acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, astrology consultant, breathwork coach, mother, and gardener
For me, this work begins with a connection to land. My grandmother was an avid gardener and a talented cook. Through her dedication and skill, I learned how mindfulness and care can create consistent and embodied habits.
Changing a habit requires practice, and practice at its core, is about ritual. Through consistent practice, we gain a deeper insight into our inner world — including how we think, make decisions, and change.
Giving our attention to learning more about ourselves is the gift of a lifetime. Astrology is a living language that can help to deepen that awareness and help nurture a relationship with the Earth and the wider cosmos.
My goal is to help you become better attuned to the cycles of nature, your intuition, and your vision for the future.
