About Lamisha
Throughout life, the comments I have received most has been on patience, soft spoken-ness, and maturity. I hope to direct these qualities that others see shine in me, towards you as a tutor.
I've learned in life that wisdom can come from experience, but what it stems from most is those inner insights that come in the form of gleaned lessons. I've had much pondering of these insights through life that I wish to spread and teach my students, in order to help them in specific subjects. While I am comparatively lacking in professional tutoring experience, I have had a lot of colloquial experience through teaching my friends, family, neighbors, and of course, myself, through my years of living. For example, I have had a neighbor who moved across from my apartment from another country while in middle school -- from then on, I practiced teaching another person about English, helping her with her homework daily.
I hope this serves as a glimpse into what I can offer you... :D
