About Inge
I am a Botany and microbio student in my first year. I have varied interests concerning nutrition, alternative medicine and hormones. I am educating myself on various dietetic related subjects and would like to help other people have an easy and effective approach to healthy, balanced eating and living. I am a recovered binge eater and have first hand experience concerning eating disorders, so I would like to help others overcome similar struggles and cope with their emotions in a constructive way
