About Sophie
I have a BSc in Physiotherapy and play badminton to a high level. I have also coached many badminton players. I have some experience tutoring GCSE maths and biology, so far having tutored 2 students. They achieved A/B grades after having expected grades of C's. I love maths, and I have practical experience in biology, specifically human biology while studying my Physiotherapy degree, and I hope to work as a Physiotherapist.

I listen to the students who I teach and focus on what they find hardest. I struggled with exam technique and worked hard to improve this, so I like to focus on making sure my students know what is required of them to get the marks. I like to use the student's own materials so that it is relevant to the exam board that they are studying with. I will also work through past paper questions with my students to apply their learning. However, my priority is making sure they they understand the content/the processes.
