About Myfanwy
I am a CELTA-qualified English teacher and can teach individuals or groups. I can prepare students for specific exams such as IELTS, professional purposes (Business English) or general language study. I also have a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the Royal College of Music. All ages and levels are welcome, and references are available on request.

I use a fully - immersive approach - i.e. students will be encouraged to speak as much English as possible, and we will communicate in English throughout, whether you are a beginner or at more advanced levels. Lessons will generally follow coursebooks however these will always be tailored to suit a particular class or individual's needs. If studying for exams such as TOEIC, we will of course focus on the syllabus. The most important thing is for students to enjoy their lessons so they can learn productively.
