Hi! First and foremost—I LOVE helping people! I discovered my passion for health and performance early in my career when I realized how rewarding it is to help individuals unlock their full potential. This passion led me to pursue a career as a Certified Athletic Trainer, where I’ve had the privilege of working with Team USA, Wagner College, and leading clinics in NYC. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how personalized care can transform lives. As I worked with athletes and clients, I recognized the importance of a holistic approach to health—one that combines physical training, nutrition, and mental well-being. This inspired me to continually expand my expertise, refining my ability to create goal-oriented, client-centered programs that empower individuals to achieve more than they thought possible. Armed with over 10 years of experience and a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization, I tailor my services to fit the unique needs of each client. My approach isn’t just about addressing immediate concerns; it’s about equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge to thrive long-term. Outside of work, I’m all about adventure and staying active. You’ll often find me snowboarding, playing basketball or football, swimming in lakes, hiking, traveling, or enjoying music—whether I’m playing or just listening. I believe in bringing the same energy, enthusiasm, and sense of adventure to every aspect of life, including helping my clients achieve their goals. Whether it’s helping athletes excel, supporting clients in their wellness journey, or guiding someone to overcome new challenges, my mission is to make health and performance achievable for everyone.
