About Adegbaju

I am a caterer, I studied hotel & Catering management for 5 years and I have a vast knowledge in culinary arts, food & beverage production, basic cooking & courses for beginners. I have a passion for cooking and have been training for 3 years.

About the lesson

Well my teaching methodology is basically practical oriented because cooking is more of a physical exercise than theoretical so I engage my students in practices and carrying out the topics(menus formed) so as to easily grasp and have an idea on what they’re been taught.
