About Divya
Namaste! I'm a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, specializing in Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Full-Body Flow, Power Yoga, along with Pranayama and Meditation, specially designed for beginner and intermediate students.
I offer live classes on Zoom or Google Meet.
Students are guided through sequences of traditional yoga asanas infused with various meditation techniques, breathwork (pranayama).
I’ll guide you on a holistic yoga journey that will not only fix your health, but change the way you live your life. I am passionate to help students to feel better physically, mentally & emotionally.

I offer personalised online Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Each session focuses on flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and stress relief, tailored to your goals and level.
Class Structure:
- Opening mantra to center your energy
- Gentle breathing exercises to settle into the practice
- Full head-to-toe warm-up,
- Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)
- Guided flow based on your level and goals
- Deep relaxation in Savasana
- Calming pranayama or meditation to leave you balanced and refreshed
