I am a certified personal fitness trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping adults build strength, improve fitness, and adopt sustainable healthy habits. Each class begins with a goal-specific warm-up, followed by the main training block tailored to the client’s fitness level and objectives such as fat loss, muscle gain, strength, or functional fitness. Sessions end with cooldown, mobility, and recovery guidance to reduce injury risk and support long-term progress. Programs are adjusted regularly based on performance tracking and feedback.
My teaching approach emphasizes correct technique, progressive overload, and consistency. I explain the purpose of each exercise so clients understand how and why it works. Safety, proper form, and sustainable habits are prioritized over quick fixes.
