About Ginger
As a trainer, I will be that person to push you towards goals you may or may not even know about. Each session is a way for both of us to learn, for me I will learn what works best each session, and for you, I will ensure that you learn how to better your life through mindful habit formation.

I will start with a consultation to find your goals, why you want to change old habits, and how we will do it together!
I will work with ages 16-60.
Each online lesson will follow as such: check in on the past week (or time in-between), warm-up, strength conditioning, cool-down, and discussion on cardio for the week (or time in-between).
