About Sunny
Sunny is a Yogini, Fine Artist, poet, volunteer and has been one of the youngest Yoga instructors in Assam. She has taught yoga and meditation since 2018. She rose to fame after her clients underwent rapid transformations. A strict instructor and a true Yogini at heart she approaches every client as her family member and works closely with her individual personality to customise the Hatha Yoga Training.
Sunny is a Certified Yoga & Naturopathy instructor. After completing her engineering and later on an interior Design course from JD institute, she decided to pursue her career as a full time Yoga & Naturopathy instructor for her then clients. An independent Female Entrepreneur, She has now moved base to Mumbai. Within an year she has a good list of celebrity clients and common folk who swear by her training. She is writing her first book on the Hatha Vital Force technique and has plans to translate it into seven languages, the book arrives in Sep 2024.
Her yoga classes and meditations will soon be featured on her website. Her virtual Engaged Mentorship is renowned for inviting analog creativity into online coursework. She specialises in training working women, house mom’s, women with health problems, actors and young folk. She works to elevate bright futures for girls, women and children through the power of Hatha Yoga and naturopathy techniques.

Sunny created HVF (Hatha Vital Force Yoga) after almost 18 years of training and research. In today’s fast paced City life, she observed that clients need a quick and effective version of Hatha. Hence she created the HVF . She has been practicing Yoga from the age of 6. Sunny’s HathaVitalForce HVF is a amalgamation of Breath control, posture, Mudras, Diet and Meditation : a fast-paced blending of strength, core, inversion and arm-balance-focused flows, high intensity cardio intervals, traditional Mantras and a little bit Xtra, this class with light music and uber-positive vibes, will make you feel elated, totally clear-headed, full of optimism, and energised!
For all of you out there who love the yoga, but miss the cardio, OR, who love to work out, know you need yoga, but get bored with the slow pace of a traditional class, this one's for you!
